What to include in a report

  • The page URL or question number.
  • The text you believe is inaccurate.
  • The proposed correction and an official or reliable source.
  • The country and language where the issue appears.
2

How reports are handled

We log the report, review the page, history and source, then classify it as a critical error, time-sensitive update or wording improvement. We aim to begin review within 7 business days when a valid contact channel is available.

3

After a correction

The article update date and revision number are changed and sources are rechecked. If the error was material, a clear note explains the correction rather than hiding it.

4
