يحظر على السائق أن ينقل في مركبته المخصصة لنقل البضائع

حمولة يتصاعد منها الغبار او تنساب منها أي مادة
فحما او رمادا جافا إلا في مركبة مخصصة لذلك وبعد ان تغطى الحمولة بشكل يمنع الغبار او انسياب أي مادة منها
رمادا متطايرا او اسمنتا إلا في مركبة مخصصة لذلك ومعتمدة من الجهات المختصة
جميع ما ذكر
