عرِّف "مساحة فاصلة مبنية" :

كل مساحة موسومة (مؤشرة) على الشارع ويُمنع السير عليها.
مساحة فاصلة تقسم الطريق على امتداد طولها وتكون مبنية و مرتفعة عن الشارع.
كل جزء من الطريق (رصيف، حاشية، جزيرة سير ، الخ..) والمرتفع عن الشارع.
مساحة فاصلة تقسم الطريق على امتداد طولها وتُمكن عابري الطريق من الوقوف أو إيقاف مركباتهم عليها أو الوقوف عليها لغرض الانتعاش.
